Balance™ was Ergonomically designed around the Human Anatomy. It properly supports the sleeper by reducing pressure points at the shoulders, hips, and lower legs while bridging support to the lower lumbar back area and to the upper legs. Proper support combined with key pressure relief means less tossing and turning and a deeper level of sleep.
5-ZONED FABRICS
Balance™ fabrics were custom designed to illustrate the 5 distinctive zones within the sleep system. They help the consumer see what is going on inside of each Balance mattress before lying down and feeling how those zones align with their body. Some models even provide “Cooling” yarns for added comfort while you sleep.
5-ZONED COMFORT
Customized Comfort Layers have 5 zones designed to cradle the body. Unlike flat foams, the 5 Zone comfort layer reduces pressure in key areas and adds additional support where your body needs it most. Like an arch in a shoe, or lumbar support in a car seat or office chair, Balance comfort layers cradle and support you in all the right places.
5-ZONED SUPPORT
At the heart of many of the Balance mattresses is a 5 zoned Individually Wrapped Coil System. Each zone is designed to properly work with the shape of the body and reduce pressure in your shoulders, hips, and lower legs, while proving lifting support to your lumbar region and thighs. The ergonomically balanced support system is further enhanced with a strong seat edge which provides more usable sleep surface and eliminates the sensation of feeling like you could roll off the mattress.
